Welcome to our regular Fortnightly Friday evenings of meditation and Dhamma with Ayya Santacari, with talk and discussion investigating the mindfulness meditation and tranquility meditation practices taught by the Buddha. Over the weeks we will also look at the causes for happiness and how to develop them.

After feedback gratefully recieved, the format will be:

  • 30 minutes of Dhamma talk on the underlying theory of meditation and happiness.
  • 45 min of meditation
  • 15 min of Q&A

Then we will finish the evening with  a light supper
