Welcome to our regular Fortnightly Friday evenings of meditation and Dhamma with local and visiting teachers, with talk and discussion investigating the mindfulness meditation and tranquility meditation practices taught by the Buddha. Over the weeks we will also look at the causes for happiness and how to develop them.

Then we will continue the evening with 45 min of meditation.
