22 – 16 April Residential and Day Visitor Retreat at Woodhouse
37 Spring Gully Rd, Piccadilly SA 5151
A rare opportunity to practise under the direct guidance of Venerable Bambalapitiye Gnanaloka Thero — renowned for his life of solitude and fearless renunciation.
These retreats focus on direct engagement with the Buddha’s words, allowing wisdom to arise naturally through reflection and quiet contemplation.
Limited residential places are still available.

We invite you to step away from the noise of everyday life and join us in a space of stillness, reflection, and renewal. Whether you are new to meditation or have walked this path for many years, you belong here — exactly as you are. Our retreat offers a gentle sanctuary where you can breathe deeply, sit in peaceful silence, read the words of the Buddha and experience joy in the timeless wisdom of His teachings. We cannot wait to share this journey with you.
We will gift participants with copies of “Saddharmadhara Sutta Sermons” English and “The Word of the Buddha” English dhamma books for free upon arrival. If you have your books from previous years please bring them with you.
